Miami, FL / South Florida

Full-service, luxury wedding planning from our Palm Beach Gardens office, serving couples from Vero Beach to the Florida Keys.

Ocean on Both Sides

South Florida weddings live in the world Christine comes from: resort and hotel celebrations, oceanfront properties, and the service standards of five-star hospitality. With our satellite office in Palm Beach Gardens, CM Event Design plans across the corridor, from Palm Beach to the Florida Keys, as locals who know how these properties actually operate.

More than two decades inside hotels means we know what a resort’s contract really says, where the fees hide, and what the banquet team can genuinely deliver. That is the advocacy your celebration deserves in a market built on resort weddings.

How We Work

South Florida weddings are resort weddings, and the property’s coordinator answers to the property. Every engagement here is custom built, from full-service planning through our 90-day wedding management entry point, never a package, with the room block, the banquet team and the fine print handled by someone who ran those departments for a living.

Good to Know

Six to twelve months out is workable and twelve or more is better, particularly for a resort date. The properties that book earliest are the ones most couples want, so an early conversation keeps your first choice on the table and your leverage intact. Reach out as soon as you have a date in mind and we will tell you honestly whether there is room.

Initial investment starts at $4,500. Beyond that there is no package pricing, because there are no packages: every engagement is quoted after a conversation about your venue, your guest count and how much of the planning you want carried for you. The 90-day wedding management entry point is the lightest way in and full-service planning is the fullest.

Most start with a conversation rather than a service level. Full-service planning carries the whole thing, from venue selection through the last farewell. Ninety-day wedding management picks up the final stretch, taking over the vendors you have already booked, building the timeline and running the day itself.

Christine, with Regan Aycock, our Senior Wedding Coordinator, alongside her. You will not be introduced to one planner and handed to another as the date gets closer, and you will not meet your day-of team for the first time at the rehearsal.

A resort coordinator works for the property. Your planner works for you. We review the resort contract before you sign, manage every outside vendor, and advocate for your interests at a table where Christine spent more than two decades on the other side.

Contingency is part of the plan from day one, not something assembled in a panic. Every celebration carries a weather plan built with the venue, agreed early and written down, and our team has moved real weddings through real storms without the couple carrying any of the weight. You will know what happens well before you need to know it.

They make three different weddings. Palm Beach is the most formal, with estate and resort properties built for exactly that. Miami brings the architecture, the energy and a celebration that runs past midnight. The Keys trade both for water on either side and a smaller, slower weekend. Your guest list and how far you want people to travel usually decide it before taste does.

Usually yes, and the requirements change by municipality rather than by county, which is where couples get caught out. Permits, setup windows, guest counts and amplified sound are handled as part of the planning, so you are not reading a city ordinance the week of your wedding.
