How It Works
Rental Questions
What is included in a candle rental?
Candles and vessels together, in pillars, tapers and votives, each with its own vessel. Everything is available with real flame or LED, and the mix is chosen for your room rather than sold as a fixed set.
Can we rent candles without booking planning?
Yes. Candlelight is its own offering, and we rent to couples who are not planning clients as well as to other planners, florists and vendors who need it for their own events.
What does candle rental cost?
It is quoted per event, with a minimum investment of $1,250 plus delivery and setup. The final number depends on the room, the table count and how much light you want in it.
How far ahead should we reserve?
As far out as you can, because we take only one candle rental per weekend. Quantities can be adjusted as the date gets closer, but the weekend itself is what goes, so reserve as soon as you have a date and a venue.
What if our venue does not allow open flame?
Then we go LED, and it is not a compromise. We carry LED pillars, tapers and votives, so the look holds in rooms where an open flame is not permitted.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. We deliver and set the candles rather than handing over boxes. Delivery and setup are quoted on top of the rental minimum, so you see both numbers rather than one blended figure.
Do you style the tables, or drop off?
It depends on what else is going on the table. If it is candlelight only, with no florals, we will style the tables. Where a planner or florist is dressing them, they often prefer us to deliver and set the candles so they can style to the couple’s vision.

Yes. Send your date and your venue and we will show you what is available and how it would sit in your room.
